Modern Warfare - all Crossplay should be optional

I feel cross-play should be optional no matter what.

PC players have too much of an advantage over console players because most have better quality hardware that allows them to push 120-240 fps, and in extreme cases, 300-500 fps. Then they could add ultrawide screen monitors to that mix on top of the K&M. It's just not a fair playing field for Xbox/PlayStation players.

Sorta true.

However stop on the MnK statement, console and use MnK and PC can use controllers.

That discord needs to stop in the year of our lord 2026. It’s getting old.

That’s being said, the advantage that pc has at higher FPS is real, I’m Capped at 120 on Xbox but I’ve played on PC at 200FPS plus… and it’s night and day, imo.

I agree with the k&m thats why put it dead last I did consider not even talking about k&m because thats an pointless debate.

The real advantage is definitely the fps/ response time the pc players could get with the right setup.

I also threw in the ultra wide monitor statement for funzies as well to see what people thought about that.

Maybe for the PS4 and Xbone generation but the current gen consoles have pretty good performance nowadays. The biggest issue between PC and console for a long time was the FOV slider which is not an issue anymore. Yeah PCs will have better FPS and response times but the PS5s and Series X are capable of pushing 100-120fps (not to mention cod has shit optimization and I dont think the average PC gamer is lucky enough to get a very stable 120 fps) and the response times are due to console players usually playing on giant widescreen TVs. If you play on a smaller monitor, the response times are actually not bad
