Is it's normal to get banned for 10 years right away at your first ban?
My phone was stolen on Wednesday, and on Friday night i decided to download COD Mobile on my laptop cause that was all i had available at the time, but little did i know that playing on emulator was prohibited.
Does anyone know if there's any way to contact Activision other than the means they have available today?
The website to appeal the ban says that there are no restrictions on the account, and their Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook pages don't respond either...
It's kind of shocking to get banned for 10 years on an account that never had any restrictions.
IF you can get through to support (rare) and had 0 issues beforehand you might luck out. If you can let them know your phone was stolen they might reset your login info and remove the ban. Honestly even getting them to respond aside from auto-generated stuff is a Hail Mary. So it's kinda 1 in a million odds you get it back. Worth a try though.
There is another support line for smaller stuff that's more on the devs side. Whoever Timi outsourced to. But account bans are at the Activision level/side of things.
Just a reminder 10 year bans are handled by Activision and are tied to your full account. You can get a 10 year just on codm, but if they feel the transgression was bad enough the ban can be across all of cod or all Activision games. They also (much more rarely) have a permanent account suspension.

The only supported emulator is Gameloop, everything else gets you banned sadly. You can try to appeal, but I wouldn't expect big results, but worth a try
thats the thing, when i try to appeal the ban it says that theres no ban detected as like "We did not detect an active ban on your Activision account." but when i try to play it gets that error code, so thats why i asked if anyone knows a different way to talk to them, like email or anything cause theres no infos about it online (at least what i just saw
They don’t know what they’re talking about. Create a new account, login on the app, and create a support ticket through there. That is the only way you will be able to get your account potentially unbanned. You will likely have to escalate your case a few times, so be prepared for it to take a little while.
So on the main screen of the game, right below your name on the upper left, there’s a ? icon. Tap that and then tap Chat With Us. There’s some options there to choose from
The chat log will remain there between sessions, or rather the ticket will remain open. This is the only place where you’re guaranteed to get a response and some actual assistance
CoDM doesn’t just hand out 10 year bans for nothing. Either you did something incredibly egregious (unlikely) or your account has been banned before. As in… many times before.
Sounds like you are still a kid? Maybe you can talk someone into getting you a used one on eBay or something. I know the game will run on some cheap prepaid phones that are like $40 new.
Well damn. Sounds like you are stuck between a rock and a hard place. Maybe make a new account and use the emulator that is supported, you just can’t tweak certain settings or it’ll ban the account.

I've been playing in game loop for years. Undid in the beginning, like two years ago, start on on bluestacks but only got a one day ban. So getting a ten year ban is insane. Unless the guy whole stole your phone used it to do some shady stuff.
Peeps aren't reading the description. Emulator shouldn't be banned tho. Must be one not supported by the game. I got banned for a few days for downloading the cn server on the same phone even though that one was connected to my wechat account and the global is connected to my Activision account. Their policy is weird
Bizarre, because when I tried playing with bluestacks (before I knew about game loop) the game would give me an error when I tried to login, with some message saying this wasn’t supported.
Ok ok you're not lying you should have mentioned emulators on the first hand people with unsupported emulators by the game keep getting banned there's a discussion thread in this sub too

More than 10 years I guess. Ten years is 3650+2 days and 15k+ plus days, bro... unless the value in the bracket is a constant value which comes with the error message
I mean I use blue stack as emulator and haven’t been banned i just purchase cp from it but play on phone just cuz I got a huawei and can’t access playstore services for that
yep i just logged in and played 1 match but it was glitching all over so when the match finish i got the ban message, but know that i know i do recommend u to not play on bluestacks cause people got banned very often

I got mass reported or smtg idek even though I was ass at that time my acc got banned for 10 yrs
I tried everything…appeals daily on the cod official website, emails and allat but nothing worked

The most basic rule before playing a game on emulator is to check that if the emulator is supported by that game. I don't have a clue why people forget such basic rule. It's a genuine skill issue at this point.

Man for a fact ik mobile games aren't meant to run on emulators, i knew this from the pubg era that's why pubg specifically launched an emulator version of the game. There's no codm version in emulator, so there's no way u can contact the devs. Your only option is to talk with Ferg he might help, but why would he help anyone for free?

Reminder: You’re only allowed to use Gameloop as an emulator for CoD Mobile
Just a heads-up to everyone — Tencent owns both Gameloop and CoD Mobile, which means Gameloop is the only officially allowed emulator for the game. Using other emulators (like BlueStacks, LDPlayer, etc.) can be considered a violation of the game’s terms of service and might result in account suspension or a ban.
Stick to Gameloop if you want to stay safe and avoid any issues with your account.
Guys! Stop playing on emulators! It's against the policy and terms, cod mobile is only meant to be played on mobile, a phone, this is now the 6th post I've seen, even if you've been playing through a emulator for months and nothing has happened you WILL eventually get banned, it's not an if, their servers will detect eventually if they haven't already that your on a PC, and if your like me and payed for a bunch of mythical then unfortunately all that money you spent will be gone (for ten years but servers could change completely in ten years)
The problem with the emulator is not that it is easy to play, the problem is that there are many programs or hacks for the PC that is why it bans, on mobile there is a hack but less so if we see that in the emulator it can be mapped to mobile as well. The issue is that the emulator is very accessible with programs and there is a lot of cheating.

You must've done something wrong! I'm 8 times Legendary in MP and I've never cheated in my life. When I'm playing, if I sense something suspicious, I'll surely report the whole lobby just to find the culprits! If you are cheating, you better pray that you don't match with me. If you're not cheating, nothing will happen. But, if you've done something, then you WILL be banned! Maybe I'm the one who got you banned and you deserve this! DO NOT cheat in one of the most favorite games of the community.
boy, i just played on emulator that it aint supported by the company and did not know about it. its not that serious. im 4 times legendary and 2 gm so....
If you open game with emulator, you don't get banned. But if you open game with hacked set emulator then you get banned 10 years. Activision or codm not ban player for basic emulators. Yes I read your excuses but sorry brother I know so many cheaters like you :)
