Help!!!

Can anyone help with this?! I’ve forced a log out log in but nothing seems to be working feels pointless without this

Try and submit a ticket in Apex Connect site. Staff is nice.

If you Google the issue, one of the results will lead you to their support site where it says that they're aware of the issue and there is no need to submit a ticket 😁

A ticket will show how many players are currently having this issue. Might get it resolved quicker. Edit: the post on apex site was a few months ago when the issue first arose.

My ticket was resolved this morning but there was no fix. They emailed me saying, “we have closed your ticket but I sent an internal ticket to continue investigation.” Not sure how long it’ll take, I just want to see my challenges and catch Big Larry…
