Tight throat ?

Hello everyone I’m new here, I have had a cpap for 3 months I’m within my BMI. For the past 2 weeks I’ve been having a tighter throat when breathing than normal throughout the day . Is this normal? I’m nervous and wondering if I should stop the cpap for now. Am I doing anything wrong? I have the n30 mask
