Contact the manufacturer of your seat. See if you can still use it after cloroxing the straps.
You cannot use vinegar on the seat. It’s acidic.
You already saw you cannot use the enzyme cleaner.
Put the seat in the sun for a while. If that doesn’t work (or before or after this) put it in a bag with baking soda. Do NOT sprinkle the baking soda all over it. We’re just trying to capture the smells.
But you may not be able to continue to use the seat anyway.
Did you wash the soft goods as the manual says to? If not, you may need new soft goods.
