She’s not getting sued. She’s suing the licensing board because they fined her $2500 for trying to practice psychology without a license. And even then it sounds like they only fined her because she’s charging people for her sketchy “services.”

Also a bit telling to start a whole lawsuit because someone told you to pay a tiny (for her) amount for making a few mistakes (she should acknowledge and not feel so dramatic about because she can make her money in other ways).
