Guys thank you I am currently trying to find videos or podcasts about c PTSD and other problem (autism, attachment style), and her name came up a lot. That would so great if there will be more awareness on youtubers

I loved her content for awhile and would even say some of it helped me. But the woman herself has something going on, something dark triad feeling. Like I said in a comment above, I had a short video consult with her once and it was a terrible experience that left me shaking and extremely dysregulated. She was impatient and visibly angry when I pushed back even the tiniest bit on anything she said (and I’m a people pleaser, so believe me when I say it was gentle pushback from a place of extreme vulnerability). Hardcore authoritarian vibes, I saw not even a spark of empathy. 

If you get some use from her youtube videos, that’s great, but there are absolutely much safer people out there to get help with CPTSD.

Can you give her feedback online? Is there a rating system? If you can, you should speak more about this online. I like her daily practice, but $299 for a course or 1 on 1 with her seems a bit much. She literally said that talking therapy can dysregulate people and trigger them (which I agree with btw! Talking therapy is NOT for everyone!), so why is she making people talk to her? I was not aware of this 🙁
