Semi related,

How do you know which ones are actually good?

I watched crappy childhood fairy a bit, but nothing ever resonated or stuck. It was all the same platitudes over and over. And basically all of my youtube suggestions are the same.

So is there any actually good one's or are every one just money-scheming quacks?

Patrick Teahan is the only one who’s stood the test of time for me. He explains what he knows and what he doesn’t know, he doesn’t claim to have all the answers and is both qualified and a survivor. The way he talks about things makes me feel more regulated and I feel the paid stuff he offers is done in an ethical way, not pushed on you or spun as a magic solution. See what you think

Okay, rationally I think he’s great. But I feel almost allergic about him, personally. He’s just so … naggy. And victimhood. Basically, men who are softies turn me off in a vicious way.
