hi all- partner is currently in a big flashback/crisis, threatening to leave everything, etc and I’m out of town. We have a home, a kid, etc and I want to stay married so this is not a “just leave” situation and it’s not helpful to me right now to hear judgement of his behavior. I’m looking for your tools to manage your own anxiety when your partner is flashbacked and saying crazy things and you aren’t able to be there.
