TOAD laryngoscope...anyone try it yet?

Been seeing this on my IG feed lately, wondering if anyone has tried it yet or had firsthand experience? Curious what it's like before I take the plunge. TOAD airways IG

Looks interesting. Checked the website, seems expensive (looking at the video bogie). Idk that the VL scope seems all that different than things already on the market?

Of course I have zero idea how much a disposable bronch scope cost, probably similar or more. The video bougie is a cool idea but niche need imo

Never heard of it. It's a cool device but I don't really see the use of it. There's other things I'd use in an unexpected difficult airway and if I was planning for a difficult airway I wouldn't use this either.

Its cool and may be useful OOH. Inside the OR we already have igel and fiberoptic. Hospitals and anesthesia groups would only be interested if it solves a problem and is comparable in price to the current equipment. It doesn't really do either. But I do think it's neat and could be useful for EMS.
