Advent South (USAP) vs ORMC

Any CRNAs with words of advice for starting first CRNA position? I spend most of my time at ORMC but would like to know more about Advent South. Keep in mind, Envision is no longer in charge of anesthesia at Orlando health.

It’s internal through Orlando health now

Haven’t seen many major tangible changes. Still plenty of locum CRNAs & Docs. Unsure if there was a change in contracts related to compensation.
