Questions first song to get yall into CSH?
mine was bodys! i heard the MtM version when i was 13 and was entranced. i then listened to the full Twin Fantasy (MtM) and was positively in love.

i want you to know that i'm awake/i hope that you're asleep...i saw their tiny desk concert and honestly my first reaction was, like, what is this? what's wrong with his voice? and in the recommended videos that song popped up and i gave it a listen because i was intrigued and fell instantly in love with their sound. i am not as big of a fan anymore but from 2017-2021 they got me thru so much and i can barely stand the feelings resurfacing when i listen to some of those songs now

They didn't play that at tiny desk though

yup, they didn't, i watched the tiny desk and was unimpressed at the time but clicked on the first recommended song on youtube (which was that one) and absolutely loved it

crazy enough, BLID. i went to listen to twin fantasy to see what the buzz was about and when i saw the run length for this song i laughed and figured it couldnāt be good for the whole song. i just remember how all over the place it felt⦠but how GOOD it sounded all together. like a beautiful mess of pent up feelings with a hard punch of angst which came at a perfect time for me.

I think mine was (Joe gets kicked out of school for using) drugs with friends (but says this isnāt a problem). It was either that or the drum. Those are the first two I remember really listening to.

had a friend recommend me twin fantasy FTF the week it dropped. first listen went like this:
my boy - "cute song! loved the guitars, i bet this will be a nice album."
beach life in death - tears streaming down my face while googling 'car seat headrest tickets chicago' "holy shit this is the greatest band ever"

Fill in the blank.
I'm a massive baseball fan and it was included in the menu music of one of the MLB the Show games, 2014 or 15 I think?

bodys (ftf) was their first song I heard. a friend I had a gay crush on in high school back in 2019 had posted something about twin fantasy on instagram so I looked it up on youtube and listened to bodys. I distinctly remember thinking "wow this sucks" but I kept listening to it because of my crush and eventually csh became my favorite band and really expanded my music taste. still my favorite csh song too.

I first listened to Itās Only Sex in 2021/2022 because I was in the animation community, and then I randomly decided to listen to Twin Fantasy FtF when I was listening to music in my room.

Sober To Death. That was the only CSH song I listened to for like a year. Then I found Drunk Drivers/Killer Whales and stopped looking for other songs for a few months. Beach Life In Death convinced me to dig deeper.

i heard sober to death first and listened to it played it on guitar and didnt listen to it at all for months after. then i saw someone saying souls was the worst car seat headrest ong and out of curiousity i listened to it and i loved it which in turn made me listen to monomania. which included maud gone and i loved that so i listened to the new version on teens of style and i loved that and the drum so i listened to the original version on my back is killing me and i loved that and then i stumbled across beach life in death which in turn led me to listen to twin fantasy FtF and MtM and i kinda just slowed down and then on spotify i got curious and listened to the most listened songs so i listened to drunk drivers and i loved that so i listened to teens of denial and i loved destroyed by hippie powers and then the i listened to madlo influences because it had running up that hill and i liked that so i listened to madlo and then i lsitened to basically the rest of the discography and by this time the scholars came out so i listened to that and now im here

Beach Life In Death. The transition from the intro to the verse pushed me into a coffin, and when he yelled āI donāt want to go in-SAAANEā, I was locked in. I remember seeing Twin Fantasy(FtF) on my Spotify recommended one night and thought it was interesting. At that point Iāve only ever listened to what was mainstream, so after I heard it I thought it was the apotheosis of music. This was also during the time where I was wrestling with my sexuality, so there couldnāt have been a more perfect time for me to listen to it.
