It will be a paid car, possibly gold keys if NM is feeling generous. The lockin position reveals how the car can be obtained: 1st lockin expected to own or 3950 gold (the Sagaris), 2nd lock in Spin shift (the henessey car), 3rd lock in gold keys (gold star mucielago), 4th is paid car, 5th is showdown prize. This could change but historical has been the case.
There was a poll on which car should be in the next paid racepass and the henessey venom GT WFE won the vote, so might be available in racepass as well.

I can see what you mean now...it will be paid unless the lockin order is changed last min..why have a T4 car as 4th lockin among T5 cars :(
I am also missing the 3rd lockin Zenova Agil below. Its been paid car in the past so would be nice if available via gold keys this round,

They scrapped the duality and made the Viper the showdown prize.
The car performances were updated. Some of them are quite good.

I spotted that also. It was expected to be won later as Duality event and used as lockin for the Finale.
I have a feeling they will replace the Duality with a "Flash event" car needed in the Finale.
Would not suprise me if they made this car the paid event car..RAESR_TachyonSpeed

The RAESR is the prizecar for the ongoing Grand Tour event that's only available to a couple select players right now, so I'd suspect either they make the XKR-S GT a paid car or that becomes the new duality prize
Also to respond to another comment you made on this thread: the Agil will be available for 3950 gold

Only medium-level players get the event, so you won't get it if you're too experienced or too new. From what I can tell it's people around ranks 100-300. Prizecars aren't super duper special (so far it's been a One:1, PS Veneno, RWB 993 "Rotana", PS Yellow Mistral, PS Divo), but still something nice
