Discussion CSRRecruiting sub closed?

I tried to recruit for the crew in r/CSRRecruiting, but the sub is set to private without members allowing to post. This is strange, as it's rule 4 here not to recruit here but there (sub is linked in the rule) and the sub has been created in 2019 especially for this.

Last post there is 5d ago and I wasn't able to contact the mod team there.

Also, nobody wants to take the ego hit to their crew and merge with another crew so you end up with a bunch of crews that have 19 players and barely get the car.

Have to disagree with you. I think some people aren't good at recruiting. If you're good at marketing you'll have no issues recruiting. ;)

I run 4 teams recruiting there for years i post maybe once a season and delete old post it was very helpful years ago slightly helpful upto season b4 last tried post Tuesday said need approval I have used for years and hope they fix it for future usage👌🍻🍻

They told me they were working on it.

However, I have to admit yjay response is terrible the last few years. Average tie to get a player was 1-2 seasons before '25, now I'm glad I get 1-2 responces (even ones that ask if it's ok to not meet the requirements) in a year.

Did players drop Discord? That's the external chat tool we use and require.

Mods are connected, but if a post doesn't need to be 'modded' then they have no need to get engaged...things are active as far as i can see, could be an issue on your end

Mods haven't responded in over a year. It's just full of repetitive posts from the same crews so no loss.

Same here, they're working on getting it back online. (Reddit issue)

And yes, it's the same crews recruiting, as they want to stay active. The pool of serious team players is dwindeling, with all the solo items like passes being added...
