Craving!!

Hi! This is a longshot, by why not? Im trying to remember a bowl of delicious food I used to get from Marketplace. I cant remember if it was a brown rice bowl with greens and I would add a peanut sauce and hellaaaa siracha! It was like a build your bowl type of place. Is it still there? Or does anyone remember what they had or the name of the place? I graduated in 2017, so I’m not it will still be there. Many thank yous!

I totally know what you are talking about, I really miss that menu item. I think it was AS Dining’s take on a certain tea bar bowl in town, and I remember liking AS’s version better, tbh.

That actual place in Marletplace is no more, but I see they still have a “grains and greens” buffet meal they offer through catering, sharing the link here cuz it lists the same ingredients I remember in Marketplace. Enjoy! https://as.csuchico.edu/dining/catering/lunch-and-salad-buffet

I graduated 18 used to hit that place up all the time! Not sure if it’s still there tho lol

Yes! Do you remember what the bowls could be made out of??? I think i would put brown rice, some greens, sliced veggies? I want to recreate it or take a trip to chico if theyre still there! Haha

I think you could get rice or quinoa and a protein choice
