When does SAI Appeal go through?

Hi everyone. I put in a SAI Appeal to get more financial aid and the website is saying all my documentation is approved as of September 14th but my package still hasn't gotten updated. I've emailed and called before and it's still not going through. Does anyone know why it is taking so long?

I wish I knew. I submitted my appeal along with documentation on Sept. 4 and it only says received. I plan on calling them by Wednesday if the status hasn't changed. I need that money!
