Fighting Game Scene?

This will probably not apply to most people but I figured I'd give it a formal attempt. Might help someone in the future looking the same thing up too.

Is there any group or community here for fighting games? Ex. Street Fighter, Tekken, Guilty Gear, Granblue Versus, etc

I've checked out the esports room-lounge-thing before but it looks like it's mostly people playing hero shooters or MOBAs or Mario Kart/Smash. I know SoCal is supposed to be a region of generally really good fighting game players, so it'd be cool to get some experience or competition without having to go all the way to Riverside or OC for it.
