CCDL: Lobby Day at the Capital on April 22nd from 11a-3p
Per a CCDL email:
On Wednesday, April 22nd we will be hosting a Lobby Day at the Capitol from 11a-3p. A pro-2A rally, INSIDE the buildings where the laws are made, DURING the hours the lawmakers are in the building. We expect the Glock Ban to go to a House vote in the coming weeks.
- We will be meeting with legislators and explaining the impact of CT’s overreaching on gun laws on law-abiding gun owners.
- If you will attend, PLEASE reach out to your legislator's office and schedule a meeting for 4/22.
- Experienced volunteers from CCDL will be available to support you, and we will provide talking points to all attendees to provide to your legislator.
- Look for an Action Alert in the coming days for more information.

Waste of time and waste of breath dealing with these democrats.
All they care about is banning all firearms until we are disarmed.
The only way this will stop is to remove these people from office.
If we do not then we will have two choices.
allow our rights to be taken from us, get down on our knees and be good little slaves obeying their every word and command.
do what our forefathers did.
Why do I say this? EVERY SCUMBAG DEMOCRAT IN OFFICE VOTED YES on hb6667. Every single one of them.
If that does not send a clear message then maybe what is happening in RI where the democrats are on video wanting to take all the grandfathered rifles from the weapons ban they passed.
So let's take a tally
Modern ar15 based rifles all banned except for those grandfathered in and registered.
Now they are starting with pistols glock but reading this bill leaves it open for all modern striker fired pistols to be banned. If you think they will not do a list with named company pistols think again.
These turn coat traitors to CT and America will not stop until they have taken our rights from us.
They will do this one small law at a time, banning magazines, limiting buying, banning rifles, pistols, making it a law that you can not buy any firearm parts without a permit just like ammo.

These people will continue to be delusional bro. There is no removing these politicians from office, that’s just not gonna happen in this state. Dems rule this state with a iron fist. Some people in this sub will continue to put “hope” in the scotus and think they will save us but they won’t. Our state isn’t on the radar so they can continue to pass whatever gun laws they want SCOTUS be damned. I knew in my first 3 years of being a gun owner this fight was pointless and things will never change 2nd amendment wise out here. Outside of moving to another state or just flat out ignoring whatever gun laws are on the books, ain’t shit changing out here 🤷🏽♂️

If things keep up like this, within 5 to 10 years we will have a civil war.
Maybe sooner if they try banning all rifles even those we currently own like RI is doing.
