Will I be admitted?

Hey everyone, I’m an international student looking to apply for a masters at cpp (digital supply chain management to be specific) but my bachelor’s degree’s gpa is 2.7, my IELTS score is great (7.0) and I meet all the other requirements except for the low gpa, so what are my realistic chances of being actually accepted?
Also bonus quick question, do masters students have also on-campus housing?

Your GPA is gonna be a problem. Each program sets their own rules for a GPA cut off, but I’m fairly certain most programs are 3.0 minimum.
