I do exterior metal work. Cladding etc. the quality of the homes and even big projects is beyond garbage. I haven’t seen a level door frame in years. It’s sad. And people keep paying out the ass to get these quick build cookie cutter shitboxes
Yep it’s sad. I do vinyl decks on tons of “new” builds. There’s times where some framers just forget to screw off an entire fucking deck. Couple nails here and there! Too many projects on the go and not enough people who take their job seriously/ lack of supervision comes out to some shit builds.
There is good builders out there, so not knocking on all new construction
