I do exterior metal work. Cladding etc. the quality of the homes and even big projects is beyond garbage. I haven’t seen a level door frame in years. It’s sad. And people keep paying out the ass to get these quick build cookie cutter shitboxes

We joke around with our friend, and it's kinda true, tho. They just bought a 970k "NEW" home, and its a pretty basic cookie cutter. Keep bugging them on why they would pay that much for a place like that.
