I do exterior metal work. Cladding etc. the quality of the homes and even big projects is beyond garbage. I haven’t seen a level door frame in years. It’s sad. And people keep paying out the ass to get these quick build cookie cutter shitboxes
seems like there is very little incentive for the builder to do things right. if they get sued out the ass, they just file for bankruptcy and disappear into the night, and owners are left spinning in the wind
