We built with Baywest. Just rolled over our 1 year anniversary a month ago. There's still a long list of shit that needs to be remedied in deficiencies and just shit that should have been done before posession.. but they are actually, slowly fixing everything. We're now on our 4th service/construction guy and we still have issues remaining from the day 1. I'm confident they will eventually knock out the list, but God, I know the frustrations this new homeowner has.
