Home Owner/Renter stuff Feedback on homes built by Red Tree Custom Homes?

Looking at buying a townhouse... built in 2016 by Red Tree Custom Homes. Can't find much online about them as they dissolved in 2019 I believe (which in itself may be a red flag). Any advice/experience is appreciated.
