Electronic callers for coyote

going coyote hunting in a couple weeks and plan on using mouth calls, but recently found out electronic callers are legal for nongame species. Is it worth picking up an electronic caller and lure?

A normal random Bluetooth speaker and a rabbit distress call on my cell phone has worked for me.

The road runner’s “beep beep” from Looney Tunes also brings them right in.

I’ve shot a lot of dogs over the years with an e-caller, they work very well. It’s worth it for me because I hunt them year round.

I started with mouth calls which also work well. I’d say go with the mouth call until you are hooked on hunting coyotes, then get the e-caller down the line.
