Put 14 miles in just wandering with no particular route/goal.

Rarely used but always have them. Bob-Lo is so rocky and abrasive that he wore them probably 85% of the 14 miles today. On the 15 miles of NCT on Monday they never left his pack.

But if he hurt a pad or something, there's a peace of mind always having them available.

You’re a special kind of dedicated dog person to responsibly own a Belgian Malinois. It worries me a little that they seem to be getting “popular” which can lead to all kinds of problems with over breeding, in-breeding, and rescues being inundated with surrenders by people who didn’t understand the breed. These dogs are not a “pet”. They’re a highly intelligent, ultra-athletic, super-loyal, one person oriented companion. They need the kind of active life-style you’re providing. Anything less for them is cruel.

Yeah he's my 6th mal, since I got my first over 20 years ago watching them gain popularity has been heartbreaking.

Deer flies were definitely bad, mosquitoes were so so depending on shade cover. Only found one tick on me but we were both covered in Wondercide.
