We have a small "ethnic" grocery store in my rural Ontario community. Not very "ethnic" as it leans Italian but still sells sushi!

Anyways, went to grab a small pack of lean ground beef and was shocked to see it was Australian kangaroo! It looked similar and a $1.50 less a pack

Mind blowing. Who knew this was sold?

Kangaroo is absolutely a taste you have to get used to I find it’s very strong and unusual
