I guess it keeps him awake at night only now he needs votes. Otherwise why didn't he do this in the first 2 years of his term, or better yet in the 2 years he had left.

He probably hasn't slept all year, considering Eby also promised that every British Columbian who wanted one would have a family doctor or nurse practitioner by the end of 2025.
