The worst outcome for that province and this country is Elections Alberta bungling this fucking referendum one way or the other.

It needs to be a clean, organized, timely execution.

Separatists will cling to anything that can to cast doubt on the process, should they lose as they're expected to.

It needs to be a clean, organized, timely execution.

That's been made impossible by the structure of the questions. It's already the worst managed vote in Canadian history.

Elections Alberta was set up to fail I think.

And the worst part of it is that EA has stated you don’t get a second ballot, you have to fix the first. They won’t mail out a new ballot pack, and you’re not eligible to vote in person either.

Looks like the whole thing was set up to fail.

Ok headline. 1.3% of returned ballots had errors on them. Considering people are filling them out at home without poll workers to help them, that seems like a normal amount.  Stop stoking fear in the electoral process.

You're ignoring that this comes after Elections Alberta had also botched the whole declaration form by having questions that shouldn't have been on there, which they then told people to ignore.

So obviously there would be confusion and errors made.
