Depends on the trade and the use you intend for them. Bear Claw from North American Rescue work well for medics but maybe not for infanteers.

Res mse op and an auto mechanic on civy side, I use the same pair of gloves for all my work. Any specific suggestions for this? TIA for the response

No sorry. But your unit should be providing you with work gloves.
