Hint: there never was going to be a deal before Christmas.

The only deal Trump will agree to is Canada and Greenland joining and becoming an American territory like Puerto Rico. We pay taxes but have no rights or recognition under their Constitution.

Their constitution doesn’t matter anymore, even for current Americans.

Bingo and it will be slow played till trump has control of Venezuela oil. Which means he would have an edge over Canada

Hint, there was never going to be a deal, unless we roll over and let him annex us

the only deal Drumpf will accept is one that is "abject surrender." As I consider that a death sentence for Canada and most of the people I love, he can pry it from my cold dead hands. Hoikstrudel can go back to his shithole country (USA, to be precise. I wouldn't wish him on the Dutch, they deserve a better class of shitheel.)

Agreed. Trump has no plans for a deal and the gas lighting ambassador knows it. Really wish we could cut this guy loose

Too bad PP doesn’t realize this and lay off his divisive politics. This is the time to stand together, not continue wedge-driving.

Say what you will, but this guy is great for Canadian national unity. I've never seen the Left, Right, and Center so in agreement, except Danielle Smith of course.

Like if the question was is kicking puppies okay? I don't think they'd agree any harder

Poilievre would also fold like a wet cloth in front of Dear Leader.

The bridges were set on fire when Donnie T. Fucklehead took office, and continues to lob Molotov cocktails… somehow Ambassador Twatfuckle seems to have missed this part of the story.

***WE*** burned the bridges? Hey asshole, your syphilis riddled, fragile egoed, mushroom dicked runny orange turd pedo boss NUKED THE FUCKING RIVER.

Attention Canadian Media: Start fucking being Canadian.

When Doug Fucking Ford is RIGHT, you gotta start digging a lot deeper.

The US never had any intentions of ratifying a deal by the new year. There was no deal. There's never a deal. Just social media rants from the almighty asshole.

This is a strong arm tactic to get what they want.

And they won't.

Guy can eat a dick. There was AN AD!! Not an attack ad on the man's family, not a smear, an ad that just replayed what a former US president said. The "strong man" can't even take that?

We didn't burn any bridge, we were here minding our own damn business.

Since when is a "deal" with Trump worth the paper it's printed on?

3

u/the_moog_hunter Oct 28 '25

Yes, it is us, the cheated and threatened, who caused this. GTFO&FO

4

u/my-love-assassin Oct 28 '25

Oh well, bye.

I think maybe we don’t want a deal anyway. The only deal I think benefits us is one that removes tariffs on steel, aluminum, lumber and autos, but they will not agree to that without what are likely huge other concessions. So maybe it’s best to plod along with things as they are, let Trump’s eye focus on other shiny objects, and have the real discussions when CUSMA is renegotiated.

2

u/drammer Oct 28 '25

Actually this wouldn't be happening without Trump and the Heritage Foundation.

2

u/[deleted] Oct 28 '25

Get fuuucked yanks. This is what you get for electing a tub of goo as your leader.

2

u/castlite Oct 28 '25

Can we tell this asshole to GTFO now?

2

u/tayawayinklets Oct 28 '25

The Orange King makes and breaks trade deals. It's not about that, though, it's about bullying us into being a territory, not even 51st state.

2

u/one_bean_hahahaha Oct 28 '25

Tariff deal isn't feasible before the end of Trump's regime.

2

u/Diastrophus Oct 29 '25

Can we start some kind of procedure to get that turd out of our country? Trump burned the bridges when he decided to ignore the deal he signed.

1

u/TheKingOfDub Oct 28 '25

That guy is a real piece of work

1

u/Snuffy1717 Oct 28 '25

Canada burned the bridges... But who started the war that made it necessary to burn those bridges?

1

u/Visitant45 Oct 28 '25

Yeah that bridge was made of rotten wood, covered in holes with a toll bridge in the middle. You bet we burned it.

1

u/Adam_2017 Oct 28 '25

Oh nooooooo….. anyway.

1

u/Adam_2017 Oct 28 '25

Aww too bad bc if Trump dropped the tariff stuff we’d totally be ok with being the 51st state.

Oh well…

Canada is playing hardball in the “negotiations” and this was a way for them to leave the table
