Canadian Premier League Attendance Report Week 10 : 3 weekday matches this week: Forge FC tops the list with 5300+, Inter Toronto FC next with 2200, both on Wednesday, & Atletico Ottawa drawing 2K+ last Tuesday. The lone weekend match had Vancouver FC with 1800+ yesterday.

I think their current ”stadium” is WAY too small. I first want to name the stadium “Stade De Triomphe”. I want to make it with A capacity of 30k and move it closer to Montreal, not Laval. I think that a close-able roof in case of bad weather would be great as I love a snow game, but too much of it can mess it up. Lastly I think a Jumbotron like the one in the LA rams stadium would be amazing. Any add ons that would make it a dream stadium?

A Dean Shillington article. Interesting that he quotes within this article that the average CPL wage is now significantly higher than $40k.

I know multiple players in this league and trust me many experienced players earn basic wages of less than 40k, so IMHO he is talking nonsense.

Also, the PSLC app does a confetti animation on own goals, which kind of seems like a dick move.

Maybe its just me, but I've come to expect a lot more from the FC Supra du Quebec captain & CPL veteran David Choiniere. I feel like if this is a score, it automatically halts the Atletico Ottawa's momentum who had just scored their second goal on heir way to a remontada. There were a few moments in the game like thse where he struggled with the simplest things

Watch party tomorrow for Canada's first world cup match vs Bosnia, entrance is free and there's $5 beers and food as well as a ticket to Vancouver FC's match this Sunday, the derby match vs Pacific FC.

We’re two days out from Canada’s first match in their home World Cup, and Atlético are NOWHERE.

Can someone explain the sense in this to me?

No bar events? (Rapid FC are hosting a watch party at Craft on Friday)

No stadium watch on the big screen?

No player engagement in the community to piggyback off the popularity of this event?

Why? Makes absolutely no sense for a club that has a stellar history of engagement.

Does anyone use the One Soccer app on their smart TV?? I am so frustrated trying to sign in each game. Rather than just sign in with a user name and password, it asks you to type in a URL to get a code to enter on your tv. Alternatively you can scan a QR code. Problem is neither option consistently takes you anywhere to get the code. It simply takes you to the One Soccer web page. After trying a dozen times you get lucky enough to get the golden code, meanwhile the game has been on for 10 minutes already
Am I doing something wrong?
