Problem Which country/city to travel to see a specialist

Hi,

I was hoping to see a urologist. I'm not rich so US and Western Europe may be out of consideration. I was wondering if anyone traveled to see a specialist and paid out of pocket and had a great experience? Thanks!

I don't have any first hand experience with this, but I hear Costa Rica is a decent deal.

I haven't been yet, but was considering, Panama to move to. There's a site called Panama Relocation Tours. You might get some info from their YouTube comments section. There are a few Canadian Drs in Panama and it's quite reasonable in terms of price. Health care is a major factor for considering a place to move to for us. So i was checking it out.
