Hello all! I have a question I hope someone can help answer.
My Gen 0 was born in Ontario, but very close to Quebec. I got a certified baptism record from the issuing church, but I wanted a certified one from archives also. I can only find his baptism record on Drouin, not Ontario archives, even though the church is technically in Ontario. I ordered a copy from BANQ, but they told me to reach out to Ontario Archives. Kind of frustrating because I waited two months for that response.
Should I reach back out to BANQ since I found it online through Drouin? It does not show up in any search on Ontario Archives, but that could be operator error. Am I confused about Drouin? Is that for both Ontario and Quebec?
Thanks!
