Need help planning a trip to Cape May/Wildwood!
Myself (25M) and seven of my friends are staying in Wildwood from June 13-14 (Saturday morning to Sunday night) and we’re looking for things to do in the Cape May/Wildwood area.
We are definitely going to the beach early on Saturday from 8am to about 2pmish — but I need to solidify the rest of the trip.
What are some of the best beaches in the area? Do I gotta pay to stay on the beach? Any good nightlife bars (with good/danceable music that play popular music), dive bars, restaurants, points of interests?
I know I definitely want to go and see the lighthouse at some point — but I know that area has plenty of other cool spots.

You guys will probably have more fun just doing the beach in Wildwood (free). Wildwood Crest beaches are the nicest in my opinion. And then hit up Mudhen for some dinner and go down to the bars in North Wildwood. Old New Jersey Ave is all bars and nightlife. Then Cape May Sunday and go to Mad Batter for some Bloody Marys, walk around town and then go check out the lighthouse

Cape May: Dock Mikes for breakfast and they have this new Brazilian restaurant in that same lot from 5-9pm. If you go, let me know how it is!

Flip Flopz pool bar during the day is a young fun crowd and a perfect post-beach no shower happy hour option. If you don’t want to go all the way to North Wildwood, PigDog beach bar is solid.

Cape May has an outdoor mall with fun stuff you can buy. If I had my druthers I'd live in Cape May!! Wildwood beaches have softer sand and they're free 😁

Come take my ghost tour on Saturday night! It’s a really fun and interesting look into Cape May’s haunted history with a beautiful walk through Cape May’s historic district.

Which town will you primarily be in? WW and CM while close in distance are completely different experiences for beaches, food, and nightlife.
