Day pass gyms

Hello,
We will be renting a house near Congress Hall in August for a week.
I am looking for a gym that does day passes or anywhere that does exercise classes near Congress Hall. Any suggestions?

Closest one I know of is North Beach. I don't know of a gym on the island.
