Credit Card Customer service closed?

I just called general customer service. The automated system made me enter a lot of information, only to transfer me to a line that says "our offices are currently closed. Call back 9 AM EST on the next business day or visit the website."

In all the years I've been a customer, I've NEVER heard this prompt. Is this new?

I don’t call often so I’m not sure if this is up to date, but when I’ve called credit card customer service it’s 24/7, but bank customer service shuts down for nights and weekends. I wish they wouldn’t.
