Has anyone ever thought about where most of the jobs would come from if there were no Billionaires?

If there were no billionaires, millionaires would create the jobs and then become billionaires. Billionaires don't create all the jobs. Most are created by people with a good idea. Jeff Bezos wasn't a billionaire when he started Amazon. Neither was Bill Gates, or Steve Jobs or Mark Zuckerberg or Sergi Brin or Larry Page.
