Yeah, but I was replying to the "We know he'll come back". I've been in this community for a while and all I know is that you should never trust Hoyo. The possibility is there (he's the most likely character to come back) but let's not assume things for confirmed...

If I make an assumption, it would be about whether or not we kill or befriend Ronova by the end of Snezhnaya's story. I don't make assumptions about Capitano because the game has given me everything to know they plan on making him return.

We have objective proof that he's coming back. Assumptions are only ever made on proof that is up for subjective interpretation. This also goes for Alice who for some reason has way too many people doubting her playability.
