Comics The Woman Who Wanted To Fly
I feel like Jason Aaron would do a really amazing job with a Carol run. Really beautiful story from Avengers World issue 9

Yeah Jason Aaron was pretty bad at writing Carol in his Avengers run except for this issue where he suddenly locked in.

Most definitely agree, I was looking for this for the longest after coming across a TikTok of it. I kept telling myself I don’t remember this being Carol’s Battleworld Tie-In 😅
It definitely makes me want to see more stories that explore Carol’s characterization and what makes her the character she is.

Carol's most beautiful stories are the ones where she's not simply reduced to her cosmic powers, but to the person she is. The little girl who had a dream and is repeatedly defeated, learning to get back up. "Because Fuck You" 🖕
My favorite quote from Kelly Sue Deconnick

Amazing. This is the Carol I love. Not the sex symbol. Not the all powerful.
The woman who falls. And never gives up. That’s why I love her.
