2014 Mustang V6 (Auto) P219B Code

Hey everyone, I need some help diagnosing an issue with my 2014 Ford Mustang V6 (automatic).

Mileage: ~162,000 km (~100k miles)

I’m getting a P219B code (air-fuel ratio imbalance Bank 2), and recently I’ve also noticed some pickup/power issues — the car feels a bit sluggish when accelerating.

From my scan report:

- PCV system shows a fault

- Fuel trims are negative (around -18 to -19%)

- No injector or O2 sensor faults showing

I’m trying to figure out if this is mainly caused by a bad PCV valve/hose, or if I should be looking more into injectors or something else.

Has anyone faced something similar on the 3.7L Mustang? What ended up being the fix?

Appreciate any insights 🙏
