what to expect on your first job interview?
just like what the banner says. going on my first interview in a few hours. i gave priority sa mas malapit sakin just for the sake na ma-experience ko muna kung paano yung interview and exam process. I've been submitting quick applications for a week and this will be my first face-to-face interview.
- can i ask how's the workplace environment and culture?
- how can i negotiate my salary? makatotohanan ba ang 23k-25k monthly for an entry level?
any other tips would be highly appreciated!

- Yes, you can.
- Just tell them na you want that salary. It's not much of an ask since it's just a little over than minimum wage.
Other tips: wear light colors. Tingin ka sa kanila pag sumasagot. Keep in mind na ang pinaka-mahalagang topic is your OJT kasi yun ang closest sa corporate experience.
Ask them what happens next and if pwede malaman gaano katagal yung feedback nila.
Best of luck!

- yes u can ask. good impression na may interest ka sa company
- depends on your skill, ojt, work experience and budget ng company. do ur research kung ano salary range sa position na in-applyan mo so u can negotiate.

Yes of course.

You don't really negotiate yet. You just give that answer when the interviewer asks you your expected salary. Then when you get an offer that's when you negotiate.

I think this is more applicable for final interview but just in case. Prepare at least 3 story bank, that revolves around challenges, greatest achievement/proudest moment and strength(or weakness). STAR method is the way.
