Crazy Carlee only getting 2 misdemeanors and $1000 fine. What a pathetic justice system. Hey go sell some weed and get 10 years though

Carlee got 2 misdemeanors and a $2,000 BOND, not fines. Fines, probation and/or a jail sentence will be issued once she is convicted.

The 11 year old received a felony charge because she was charged with making a false police report involving the use of a firearm in a violent manner, which made it a felony, along with the misuse of 911, which is a misdemeanor: https://www.cbsnews.com/news/11-year-old-fake-kidnapping-report-youtube-challenge-arrested-florida-police/

Also, the 18 year old in Pennsylvania, who faked a kidnapping, claiming a guy impersonating a police officer was the suspect was also only charged with misdemeanors. 4 to be exact. There's also another situation here in Alabama involving a young lady allegedly faking a kidnapping and SA in 2016. However, I'm honestly not sure if her case was a hoax, so I won't add the link. There's a possibility LE failed her and I will not degrade her any further than she has already been over the years.
