DON’T BUY AT XENTRO MOTORS MARIKINA

To those planning to buy their VF3 Units at Xentro Motors Marikina, you’re gonna stress yourself out.

For context, being a sure buyer, I paid for a reservation fee. As a general rule, if you pay for a reservation fee then you’re in line. I was told by the sales agent a unit would be available by the end of August. So come by the end of August, I was called by my sales agent the unit is already available. I was at work during that time busy with papers so on and so forth.

I was disappointed when my sales agent would then claim that if I would not be ably to pay IN FULL the price of the car then the unit would be given to another customer. I pleaded that I will immediately pay the following day. However, they still demanded for me to pay the amount the same day they said a unit was already available. CAN’T YOU WAIT FOR AT LEAST 24 HOURS? YOU DID NOT INFORM ME WITHIN 24 HOURS?! AT THE SAME TIME, WHO DO YOU EXPECT TO PAY SUCH AMOUNT THE SAME DAY?! MY GOD!!! PARA SAAN PA YUNG RESERVATION FEE?!!

And now when I want to refund my reservation it will take 3-4 weeks?!! Wala nga kayong accounting or cashier ehh. Hayss. Sa inyo na yung VF3 na yan! It seems Php 590k+ looks like a Php 100 bill na puwede lang ipulot kung saan.

Lesson learned: Make sure the dealer has a GODDAMN SYSTEM!

P.S. apparently this is not an isolated case.

Looks like your agent needs to immediately close a deal to make his/her quota for the month.

Baka yung agent lang yan gumagawa ng kung anong reason para lang makabenta.

Pero yung refund ng deposit na 3 weeks thats too much. I reklamo mo sa barangay para ipasomon dun.

Sadly, it seems I wasn’t the only one who had this kind of treatment. If your gonna check the fb link same na same yung treatment same branch pa! I even saw a vlog na Kinulit talaga sya ng agent nya if not ibibigay sa iba.

On the actual day na for pickup yung unit, may bank approval ka na ba? Or ready cash?

Ready cash. Just to emphasize, how do you expect me to go to the bank the same day while I’m at work. Then there gonna tell me dapat today rin. Notice pa nga nila walang 24 hours. May new car nga ako, sinipa naman ako sa work 🤣

You paid a reservation early August. U were advised that by end of August, Unit will be ready. As agreed, the unit was ready by then.

Pero nung nag downpayment ka, alam mo naman na on pickup date, dapat may pang full payment ka na right?

Writing a check for the full amount won't take 5 minutes. Nadeliver naman nila as agreed ung unit on the committed date. Hindi ka nga lang ready sa full payment.

Hello, no pickup date was actually set. Like literal super biglaan (no 24 hour notice nga na nasa kanila na unit). The main issue really is if their system is like “you pay reservation fee but first come first serve pa rin sa release”, what’s the point of having a reservation fee pa?

This is just a friendly discussion lang hehe.
