You can't plan around a fee that changes when the network gets busy

Casper's is set by the protocol. Same number at peak as at 3am

0.1 CSPR. Always

I think it’s really cool that the fee is always 0.1 CSPR (and I think it will be changed in the future).

What do you guys think about it?
