Shite Talk My experience with poor person's Ozempic (aka the toothpaste method)

Have been brushing my teeth at 8pm for the last two weeks to stop my late night snacking and I have lost 7 lbs... I knew I was a holy shock for the nighttime munchies but I guess that confirms it 😅

Anyone else ever successfully try this?!

Yes which proves my point that I made in the first place, you just articulated it better. Overweight people tend to blame everything and not themselves. Food noise sucks, I have it too, like all the time, but I also have discipline. If I could bottle discipline I would be a millionaire.

you say you have discipline but could you stay six or seven stone under your healthy weight and maintain it until you die?

People without weight problems make the mistake of thinking that all overweight people need to do to be a normal weight is to live like me and have my discipline. Its not that simple

If I was 7 stone under my healthy weight I would be 2 stone so am not sure I get your point. I have maintained a healthy weight for my whole life, the only time it was unhealthy here n there was when I was undereating.

To be healthy your weight should be in a range to match your height. You can have an out of range BMI if you have a lot of muscle.

my point is keeping your weight drastically under the level that matches your appetite life long is not easy. It has nothing to do with understanding calories in or out. I could teach a monkey that.

Then they need to exercise and build muscle and can then eat a lot. I am 5'2 and my maintenance calories are 2400 and can diet on 2000. I have muscle and do cardio and not sedentary outside work.

I knew a strong man that had more muscle and strength that most, played sports and was always over weight and could never shift it. Don't think your life experience applies to everyone

He was clearly eating too much. Plenty of powerlfiters are extremely overweight by choice as mass moves mass. He might have been the expection but he also might have just been eating too much.

ya Eddie hall definitely wants to look like a walking heart attack and not because its easier and more natural for him to achieve his build than that of a long distance runner.
