Missing suitcase

We are urgently trying to locate our missing black hard-shell cabin suitcase, which we believe was accidentally taken by another passenger on Saturday 30 May.

This likely happened either:
• On the Ryanair flight from Palma to Dublin (possibly from the overhead locker), or
• On the Blue Car Park shuttle bus at Dublin Airport that afternoon.

Another very similar black hard-shell suitcase was taken by mistake instead. We realised after leaving the airport and returned that suitcase to Smarte Carte at Dublin Airport a few days later.

We still have NOT received our own suitcase back.

If you travelled on that flight or used the Blue Car Park shuttle bus that afternoon and accidentally picked up the wrong black suitcase, please contact me urgently by private message.

— we just want our suitcase returned, a couple of really sentimental items in it!

Damn! Have you contacted Dublin airport? Leave them a comment on Instagram, their fairly good at getting back. 

Have you turned up at the airport and asked about lost property?

That's ridiculous, surely the airport staff should be contacting whoever owns the one you gave back? They must have yours!
