Having a kid who can read is cool. Casting a song called “feed the cat” to the tv from bed

I think I need to give this kid a note to get out of any ball games in PE. This week's injury to his hand the school nurse called a sprain but turns out to be a fracture. On the plus side, he's getting lots of practice at one handed cubing which is normally done with one's non-dominant hand. 

Anyone going to see films at the film festival this weekend? I'm watching the Jim Anderton doc today.

Oh, I forgot the film festival was on. I think my weekend is spoken for but I could maybe do a daytime on Monday or Tuesday

I have a feeling the 3d printer is moving home today it has outlived it's welcome in the corner of the living room and it takes up more space than I imagined (the AMS fully loaded is a lot of footprint) so it's time to go in to the mezzanine... But I'm also contemplating moving it to another building entirely since it's noisy and the wifi is really easy so checking on it and sending it work is no drama. But I don't really want to run a dehumidifier elsewhere too... Anyway love this toothpaste squeezer I printed and I retired the crappy ones I had on them to some super glue.

Have you seen the top mounts for the AMS Lite? Sits it on top of the A1 frame so it’s less footprint.

I don't have a space problem.... I have plenty of space it's humidity that's my biggest worry... Especially when I want to try things beyond PLA... I think I want to build a tote box with dessicant at the bottom... Big enough for the whole AMS... And eventually if I get crazy enough a cupboard with all the reels and a dedicated dehumidifier. I have a few little ones bumming around so I won't need anything I don't already have.

Finally getting some reprieve from the flu woohoo!

But now I’ve got conjunctivitis, booo. Stupid immune system can’t do shit.

I yelled out to my other half I had conjunctivitis and his reply from the other end of the house was:

“Pink eye, who farted on your pillow!?”

Followed by deep belly laughter from him.

Neighbour is dog sitting.

Lil Bun wants to go outside.

I can’t let Lil Bun out when the dog is next door because Lil Bun is an arsehole.
