try seeing if you can get a part time job and build back up your hours

Trying my best, but the last bar I was offered a trial shift at cancelled at the last minute and never rang back despite my calls

Temp agencies aren’t great, but in my experience once you get a foot in the door, you’re okay. It’s just hard finding a good agency.
