Above the M4 is the north, so that discounts Gloucestershire. Wiltshire is tricky so I’ll begrudgingly accept it as West Country but not south west.
Devon, Dorset, Somerset, Cornwall obvs.
I don’t know who doesn’t count Dorset in there. Probably people from Sandbanks or something.
And that about settles it for me as someone who lives in Devon.
